Pazo de Eidián
The Pazo Eidián is a typical noble house (16th century) from the Galician countryside that is located in the Place of Eidián, very close to the Camino de Santiago as it passes through Melide, the geographical heart of Galicia and that was built in an old Templar settlement in whose times the village chapel survives. It was the solar house of the López de Basadre family, whose shield dominates the access gate. Today, duly restored, it forms a singular space in which our clients can enjoy large common areas, cafeteria and dining room and stay in any of the twelve rooms, all of them equipped with an interior bathroom with a bathtub, of which two are suites and the rest are doubles or for individual use. On its ground floor are the rooms, Ventosa (4), Vilanova (5) and Outeiro (6). On the top floor are Basadroa (7), Amance (8), Ramil (9), Pambre (10). On the right side of the patio are the Pendellos (2) and Vidueiros (3), which have an adapted bathroom. In front of the reception (entrance hall) the so-called Antas (1) And in a side building two suites, one on the top floor called Santiago (12) in honor of the also patron of the village and on the ground floor that bears the name from our Pazo and also from the village, Eidián (11).
